Screw Capper

Introduction

KY-XG02 screw capping machine is stored in a low-level stainless steel hopper, and is transferred to the bottle cap blanking chute through a frequency conversion lifting belt, and the anti-cap removal is completed by using the principle of the center of gravity of the bottle cap. The screw capper is hung on the bottle mouth by the cap hanging device. The bottle is held by two synchronous clamping belts to keep the bottle rotating and move straight forward. The automatic bottle capping machine is rotated by three groups of six cap wheels to complete the cap rotation. With the mechanical torque adjustment function, the screw cap is just right.
