2. Negative pressure filling machine:

2) Application of negative pressure filling machine
It is suitable for filling low-viscosity liquid materials, such as oils, syrups, beverages containing vitamins, pesticides, and chemical reagents. But it is not suitable for filling aromatic wine, because it will increase the loss of wine aroma.
3) Advantages of negative pressure filling machine
The advantage is that the manufacturing error of the packaging container can be ignored, because the liquid level is quantified, and a good appearance consistency of the filling liquid level can be obtained.

3. Isobaric filling machine:

2) Application of isobaric filling machine
It is suitable for the filling of gas-containing beverages such as beer, soft drinks, etc., which can reduce the loss of carbon dioxide gas contained therein.
3) Workflow of isobaric filling machine
•Initial position
The bottle has not yet touched the filling valve, and all gas and liquid passages are closed.
• Inflation pressure
The bottle and the filling valve cover rise to a predetermined position together. At this time, the rotary fork opens the inflation valve, and the pressurized gas enters the bottle from the annular storage tank through the inflation channel.
• Liquid injection and air return
When the pressure in the bottle reaches the pressure of the material storage tank, the liquid valve is automatically opened, and the material and liquid must flow down along the bottle wall by the shunt umbrella. When the surface reaches the lower port of the return trachea, the injection ends.
• Valve closed
The rotary fork closes the pressure gas valve and the liquid valve.
• Inflate
The top carbon dioxide filling valve is opened, carbon dioxide or other inert gas is filled into the bottle from the annular groove, and the air at the neck of the bottle is driven away.
• Pressure relief
The pressure relief valve opens and the pressure in the bottle escapes to the annular groove through the needle valve in the pressure relief channel.
4. Pressure filling machine:
