Four points should be paid attention to when installing the tape sealing machine
1. Put the sealing machine on the bottom surface first, lock the brake casters, adjust the tripod to a suitable height, and make the machine stand in a horizontal position.
2, put the carton to be sealed on the conveying table:
A. Adjust the lifting handle so that the bottom conveying plane of the upper tape head seat is lower than the height of the carton by about 3~5mm;
B. Loosen the locking handwheel, adjust the conveying clamp rod, make the conveying clamp rod close to the carton, and then lock the handwheel;
C. Adjust the carton positioning wheel to make the carton positioning wheel and the conveying clamp stick close to the carton at the same time, and then lock the hand wheel tightly.
3. Turn on the power switch of the tape sealing machine to make the machine work, and then push into the carton for sealing. If you find that the tightness of the upper and lower sealing tapes is inconsistent, adjust the knob of the tape barrel seat (generally the tape is too tight, then relax the spring pressure; tape Too loose, tighten the spring pressure).
4. If the two ends of the sealing tape are inconsistent in length, adjust the cutting blade in the tape head of the tape sealing machine (generally the head is long and the tail is short, adjust the cutting blade, loosen the locking screw of the cutting blade, and move the cutting knife out a bit, Then tighten the screws, if the head is short and the tail is long, move the cutter inward a bit).
