1. The granule packaging machine should be installed in a place where the ground is stable and without severe vibration. In order to avoid the influence of strong light on the photoelectric sensor, direct sunlight should be avoided.
2. After determining the installation position, the anchor bolts should be adjusted to ensure the stability of the pellet packaging machine.
3. The standard power supply of this product is a three-phase four-wire system (380V / 50Hz). The supply voltage should be within ±10% of the standard voltage. If the local power supply voltage is unstable and out of range of ±10, consider adding an AC voltage regulator to ensure proper machine operation.
4. Before powering on the granule packaging machine, please check whether all parts of the packaging machine are in good condition and whether the screws are loose. Whether the distribution box is disconnected, and whether the fastening screws are loose, etc.
5. Turn the drive belt of the main motor by hand to make the distribution shaft rotate once, and connect the power of the machine after confirming that there is no paper jam and the parts collide with each other.
6. After turning on the power, turn on the power switch of the machine, and then turn on the work switch for a short time. Check that the dispense shaft should turn clockwise. If not, power off the machine completely and adjust any two of the three-phase power cords to each other.
