2) The sealing pressure at the horizontal sealing equipment of the packaging machine is not enough, and it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the packaging machine to add pressure to the horizontal sealing;
3) The horizontal sealing roller is not aligned, that is, the contact surface between the two is not flat; solution: adjust the flatness of the contact surface of the horizontal sealing roller, and then use A4 paper to seal it horizontally to see if it is aligned, and the texture is deep and shallow. 1) Check whether the horizontal sealing temperature control table of the packaging machine is damaged, if damaged, replace it;
2) Check whether the temperature control circuit of the horizontal sealing part is connected incorrectly;
3) Check whether the horizontal sealing thermocouple is faulty or damaged; check the equipment or replace the thermocouple;
What if the powder packaging is wrinkled horizontally?
1) Check whether the temperature of the horizontal sealing equipment is too high. If wrinkles are formed due to the high temperature, adjust the temperature and try to brush the cutting edge with a brush;
2) Check whether the packaging is formed by material clamping, if it is formed by material clamping, adjust the speed of blanking and sealing;
3) Check if it is caused by a pressure problem. If the horizontal sealing stick is not heated, use A4 paper to seal and press at the sealing stick. There are pictures on the A4 paper. If the shades of the pictures are different, it means that the pressure adjustment has questions.
