working principle of Perfume Sticker Label Machine

After the bottle-separating mechanism separates the products, the sensor detects the passing of the product and sends back a signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position to be labeled on the product. The product flows through the labeling device. The label-applying belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled, and the attaching action of a label is completed.

Basic requirements for label production:

1. The interval between label and label is 2-3MM;

2. The distance between the label and the edge of the bottom paper is 2MM;

3. It is recommended that the bottom paper of the label use a glassine bottom paper, which has good toughness and can prevent it from breaking and affecting production;

4. The inner diameter of the label roll core is 75MM, and the outer diameter is less than 300MM.
