◆ The core working principle: the sensor detects that the product is in place or the foot is stepped on to signal that the product is in place, and the suction head sucking the label drops and relabels the label.

Then return to the original position to absorb the next label, and wait for the next labeling signal to complete the attachment of a label.

◆ Operation process: put the product -> judge in place (equipment detection control or manual control) -> label and relabel (automatically realized by the equipment) -> take out the labeled product

Label production requirements

The following is the label production method of the semi-automatic flat labeling machine for coding (can be directly sent to the label manufacturer for label production):

Production requirements;

1. The gap between the label and the label is 2-4mm;

2. The distance between the label and the edge of the bottom paper is 2mm;

3. The bottom paper of the label is made of glassine, which has good toughness and prevents it from breaking (to avoid cutting the bottom paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 260mm, arranged in a single row.
