Introduction

Spice bottle filling machine consists of 3 parts, a screw elevator, a powder quantitative weighing machine, a conveyor belt, automatic material conveying, automatic weighing and filling, and automatic bottle conveying and induction blanking. The whole machine complies with GMP standards, suitable for filling powder and mirco-particle materials, such as pharmaceuticals powder, milk powder, protein powder, chilli powder , coffee powder, milk powder, solid drink, salt, and so on.

1: The silo design can be opened, which is convenient for cleaning, and can avoid the pollution that may be caused by incomplete cleaning between filling different materials.

2: Servo motor, high-speed and big torque, improved the filling accuracy.

3: The intelligent photoelectric switch senses bottle blanking, which can realize no bottle no filling and avoid material waste.

4: The material level switch can automatically stop feeding when the material is full, and automatically start the feeding system when there is no material.

5: Chinese and English LCD touch screen, other language operation interface can be customized according to demand.

6: The operation is flexible, and it can be matched with the bottle unscrambler, capping machine, and labeling machine. It is a fully automatic production line with matching strokes.
