The plastic sealer machine adopts the principle of sealing during heating. First, the plastic bag or composite bag is transported to the (0°-300° adjustable) heating speed through the glass ribbon. After the plastic in the inner layer of the bag mouth is melted, the two plastic bags are melted by the embossing wheel. Layers of plastic film are firmly glued together to achieve a sealing effect. The plastic sealing machine is characterized by fast sealing speed, good sealing effect and can imprint the date, batch number, etc. on the sealing position.

Maintenance

After the heat sealer is used, it is necessary to deal with the dust on the equipment, and then after each different sealing machine is sealed, you want to turn off the temperature control switch and let the machine run for 3-5 minutes, which will help protect the sealed bag from staying in the heated high temperature. To reduce the service life, the plastic bag sealing machine adds some lubricating oil to the transmission gear every 6 months or so.
