This Semi-automatic Tin Can Sealing Machine is applicable for sealing the round can or jar with lid which is made of aluminum, tinplate and the other kinds of metal.
Operation points of can sealing machine
1. Preparation before starting
(1). Check whether the parts are well lubricated.
(2). Check whether the firmware is loose and whether the power cord is damaged.
(3). Check the rotation system and movement mechanism for malfunctions and abnormal sounds.
2. Adjustment:
Press the jog switch to adjust slowly, and turn the lifting screw to adjust to the required height of the jar. When the can is sealed, it can be completed by the first roller and the second roller for rolling. Adjust the position of the roller to obtain the required position of the roller for sealing.
3. Start the can and seal:
(1). Start the motor and cover the jar with the material.
(2). Put the can on the lower mold of the sealing machine, and straighten the can.
(3). Confirm that the jar is placed in the correct position,
After the lid is properly closed, you can press the foot switch to seal the can.
4. Shut down, press the power button
Precautions:
1.When relocating the can seamer, three or more people must be able to do so under the condition of ensuring safety.
2.It is strictly forbidden to pull or squeeze the power cord.
3. It is strictly forbidden to rinse the body with water (only wipe with a damp cloth).
4. It is strictly forbidden to hit the press cover mold.
