How the labeling machine works
The working process starts with the case being fed into the labeling machine on the conveyor belt at a constant speed. Mechanical grippers separate the boxes by a fixed distance and then push the boxes in the direction of the conveyor belt.
The mechanical system of the labeling machine includes drive wheels, labeling wheels and reels. The driving wheel intermittently drags the label tape to move, the label tape is pulled out from the reel, and passes through the labeling wheel at the same time, and the labeling wheel presses the label tape on the box.
An open loop displacement control is used on the spool to maintain tension on the label web. Because the labels on the tape are closely linked, the tape must be started and stopped constantly.
