1. The automatic granule packaging machine does not work in the film part
(1) Check whether the membrane switch is turned over.
(2) If there is any fault on the touch screen, please follow the prompts.
(3) Check whether the touch sensor is damaged, whether the transmission motor is damaged, and whether the chain is dropped or disconnected.
2. The automatic granule packaging machine cannot make bags of the same length
(1) If the bag becomes shorter and shorter, the pressure of the film-forming belt is not good for the forming tube, and the film pressing handwheel can increase the pressure of the forming tube.
(2) If the bag is getting longer and longer, the pressure of the film-forming belt on the forming tube is too large, and the pressure of the forming tube can be adjusted through the film pressing handwheel.
(3) If the bag is long or short, it may be:
a. The film timing belt does not apply pressure to the forming tube;
b. The film timing belt is dirty or dirty by other things. It can be cleaned with alcohol or sanded with sandpaper. If the tape wears too much, replace it with a new timing belt.
3. After the automatic granule packaging machine is started, the cutter does not move.
(1) Enter the working mode and check whether the cutter is disabled.
(2) Check whether the cutter start time and cutter time settings are correct.
(3) After the liquid level is closed, check whether the sensor above the cylinder has a signal.
(4) Check whether the solenoid valve (including coil and circuit) and the cylinder are damaged.
4. The heating tube of the automatic granule packaging machine does not heat up
(1) Check whether the temperature controller has selected the correct temperature.
(2) If characters are displayed on the temperature display and flashing, the thermocouple is not turned on, insert the plug.
(3) Check whether the heating tube is connected to the power supply and whether the joints are in good contact. If the heating tube is connected to the power supply and the heating tube does not heat, the heating tube should be replaced.
(4) Check whether the horizontal sealed circuit breaker (DZ47-60 C20) and the longitudinal seal (DZ47-60 C15) are maintained or damaged. Check whether the solid state relay in the circuit is damaged (horizontal sealing→SSR2, vertical sealing→SSR1)
