Basic requirements of Z type bucket elevator:

1. The z-type bucket elevator shall meet the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

2. The structural performance, manufacturing quality, and scope of use of the hoist should comply with the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines" and JB8516-1997 and other standards.

3. The electrical control equipment of the explosion-proof hoist shall comply with the provisions of GB 3836.1, GB 3836.2, and GB 3836.4, and shall be subjected to explosion-proof inspection by an explosion-proof inspection agency authorized by the state, and obtain a safety mark certificate for coal mine products.

4. The raw materials, standard parts, and purchased parts used by the hoist should all comply with the relevant regulations of the current national standards and industry standards.

5. The quality and interchangeability of general parts, wearing parts and spare parts of the hoist should be guaranteed.

6. All the mechanical processing and assembly technical requirements not specified in this standard shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards and industry standards.

7. When the working environment temperature of the reducer is lower than 8°C, an additional heating device is required, and when the temperature is higher than 35°C, an additional cooling device is required.

8. Under the normal operation of the main engine, the service life of the reducer shall not be less than 50000h.
