1．The machine is a ground vertical packaging machine, generally do not need to install, but must be safely grounded (there are earthing terminals in the electrical box). Connect electronic scale, pedal switch or infrared optoelectronic switch wire plug to their respective sockets. 2．Adjust the relative height of the filling outlet and the worktable: turn the lifting handwheel to lift the worktable height. 

3．Fitting box, screw accessories: material box, screw, cup must be installed correctly, should be in accordance with the order of assembly, disassembly, assembly order is:Closing the front half of the feeding box→corkscrew spin→Material cup (set with feeding cup, hoop clamp)→mesh enclosure ；The disassembly order is vice versa.If not in accordance with the sequence of loading and unloading spiral easy to be stuck in the box. 

4．Observe the eccentricity degree of screw and material cup: install screw, should be able to easily set the cup, the material cup and material box in place. If there are friction,clamping, unilateral leaning and other phenomena, should increase or reduce the suspension gasket to adjust the concentricity, before the feeding cup, the spiral around the round core swing amplitude, left and right basic symmetry. 

5．Observe whether the mixer is assembled correctly: pack the box, screw, cup, start the stirring motor, if there is any abnormal sound in the stirrer, stop the mixer immediately, and observe whether the mixer is deformed and touched with the wall or screw of the box. If there is an upward Mixer should be moved or plastic repair. 

6．In order to ensure the adequate supply of packing materials, the material in the material box can not be less than 1 / 3 of the height of the material box, otherwise, the packing accuracy will be affected, and there should be certain space in the material box. If the material fills the whole material box, it will lead to the damage of the mixing system. Note: it is strictly prohibited to install the screw without installing the cup. If the user does not have the feeding equipment, it should be matched with the matching automatic feeding equipment of our factory.
