One: The machine cannot be started:

Two: No surprise:
1. Check the air pressure, check the touch screen under the maintenance mode screen.
2. Whether the material nozzle is closed, check the circuit.
3. Adding materials.
4. Check the air pressure, check whether the injection cylinder and the cylinder are dead, check whether the discharge nozzle is closed on the touch screen maintenance mode screen, and check the circuit.
Three: The filling dose is not allowed:
1. Check the feeding system.
2. Filter the materials and clean the pipeline.
3. Replace the pneumatic valve sealing ring, air pipe leakage, and replace the pneumatic valve.
4. Clean the solenoid valve and replace the solenoid valve.
5. Clean the muffler gas and replace the muffler gas.
6. Adjust the ball valve to reduce the impact force and increase the diving depth.
7. Replace the O-ring.
8. Adjust the magnetic switch of the injection cylinder.
Four: Leakage:
1. Tighten the blanking nozzle and replace the blanking nozzle gasket.
2. Replace the feed tube.
3. Clean the pneumatic valve and replace the pneumatic valve gasket.
4. Replace the sealing ring of the injection cylinder.
